Predator (1987)

Terrific kick-ass flick which showcases Ah-Ah-Ah-Arnold Swarzenegger and his team of commandoes going up against one bad ass alien in the steamy South American jungles. Arnold and his crew are on a rescue mission in the jungles when they run into the predator, an otherworldly hunter type who seems to be on a sort of safari for human skulls. Lots of terrific gunfights, explosions, and other macho stuff to satisfy any action fan. Gotta love Jesse Ventura and that chain gun of his, simply awesome. Now there is the type of gun that some disgruntled postal workers could really put to use! On the f/x side of things, Stan Winston's creature suit is simply terrific; I don't think the guy has ever done a bad piece of work...ever. The whole film moves along at a terrific pace and is simply a blast to watch. Great stuff.
